What Equipment Will I Need?
Equipment needs vary by program. We offer both at-home and gym plans, and each exercise includes alternative suggestions. Key equipment includes barbells, weight plates, bench, dumbbells/kettlebells, stability ball, cable machine/bands, pull-up bar, and TRX/suspension trainers. If you don't have specific items, you can easily swap exercises for similar movements using different equipment.

What if I am currently following another training program?
No problem. You can log any additional workouts completed outside of our program on the web app. Just make sure to track it in the app.
What if I just want to track my nutrition?
Perfect! Log your meals using our extensive nutrition library, and earn points by meeting your macro targets.
What's the Secret to Getting Results?
Consistency. Show up even when you don’t feel like it. Every day won’t be perfect, but by showing up, you’ll learn to love the journey.
What if I am a beginner?
Our percentage-based lifting meets you at your level, and we recommend starting with our @Home program. We cater to all fitness levels and offer tools to track steps, water intake, and diet. Keep it simple—start small and gradually build up as you go!
What can I track?
Track your fitness vitals—nutrition, training, and lifestyle goals. Set goals for your steps, macros, water intake, and workouts to view your health holistically. Use Fitness Vitals to recognize patterns and stay on track in every key area.
Do you have an app?
Yes, we have a Progressive Web App (PWA)! To add it to your home screen, click the browser's share button and select “Add to Home Screen.” Once added, it functions just like a regular app.
Do you offer 1:1 Training
Yes, just message us in the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
There are no long-term contracts or obligations. Cancel anytime from your account page under the billing section, and be sure to redeem any remaining reward points before canceling.
