The main difference between this type of training and
other interval-based programs like F45 or Orange Theory is
that we focus primarily on strength. In
the realm of strength and conditioning,
strength is the foundation and everything
else, such as conditioning and
mobility, fits
into that foundation. This is our main
area of focus. While we do incorporate some conditioning,
you can also incorporate your own conditioning with
workouts like Peloton, F45 or Orange Theory on your off
days. Our focus is on the strength aspect, specifically
exercises like squatting, benching, pushing, and pulling.
These exercises may be included in other programs, but
they are typically done for a set amount of time and reps,
which doesn't necessarily translate
to strength gains.
To
actually get stronger and see results,
you need to train with weights with specific reps and sets
that help you build a solid foundation. Training to build
strength forms the
foundation of your fitness journey, and
by honing in on it, you'll see the
results you've been striving for.

more confident and capable in your movements, a strong
foundation is the first step to getting
there. Random workouts without a focus on strength
building won't get you the results
you desire.
One of the key aspects of our training is that we focus on the basics, because the basics are what give your clients the best results. Squats, deadlifts, pushing, and pulling are the core exercises that form the foundation of our approach, rather than incorporating a lot of random exercises that might look impressive but are not effective in the long run. The strongest people in the world stick to a few core exercises and vary them based on their goals and the time of year. Our programs will emphasize improving your clients' form and strength in these basics, which will lead to overall better results in terms of strength, fitness, and body composition.
We use percentage-based lifting to meet our clients where they currently are, and typically recommend our @Home program for beginners. We offer programs for all levels, from beginners to advanced lifters.
